Candidate Qualifications

  • Proficiency in, at least, one programming language such as C, C++, Python, or Ruby

Not required but definite bonuses

  • Experience building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems
  • Experience building time critical applications
  • Experience building multi-threaded applications
  • Experience in signal processing
  • Experience in machine learning
  • Experience with performance/code optimisation and/or performance benchmarking
  • Experience with toolchains or compilers such as LLVM, Clang, GNU, GCC, JIT, ECJ, Renderscript
  • Experience in system programming on Linux, Windows, BSD
  • Experience in kernel programming (LKM, zero-copy, etc…)
  • Unconditional love for test automation

Candidate Qualifications

  • Proficiency in, at least, one programming language such as Python, C, C#, Go, C++, or Ruby
  • Experience building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems or applications (can be web applications)
  • Strong expertise in profiling and optimising backend code
  • Deep understanding of common performance patterns and anti-patterns in distributed systems

Senior Windows Software Engineer – Oslo, Norway

We are looking for talented developers to join our infrastructure team in Oslo, Norway.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Strong experience in C# Multi-Threaded Client/Server Socket programming
  • Strong expertise in profiling and optimising .NET code

Not required but definite bonuses

  • Deep understanding of common performance patterns and anti-patterns in distributed systems
  • Deep understanding of the Azure development environment
  • Deep understanding of .NET internals (MSIL, CLR, etc…)
  • Deep understanding of Windows internals (being Mark Russinovich biggest fan is a plus)
  • Contributing to Mono or another C# open source project is a major plus
